"We've been here since 1998. It's great for a retired person. It's quiet and peaceful. We've got our gardens and our flower beds... It's great for the grandchildren. They go out and play and you don't have to worry about them. It's very pet friendly. It's very private. People take pride in their property and keep it up. There's a lot of community minded people. We love it.

"This is a great place for children to explore nature. There is no more need to go camping asI walk out my backdoor and I’m in the country. It's better than any campsite.I have a spacious yard perfect for my gardening. It’s great for people who have difficulty using stairs as everything is on the main floor. My neighbors are great, we always look out for each other."
