Over the past twenty years, a lot of sweat and hard work has gone into transforming Eagle Valley into a charming, outdoorsy retreat.
All of our residences have hardwood or laminate floors, energy efficient windows, high efficiency heating systems, laundry hookups and many have garages.
Eagle Valley was once used as the Falconbridge Radar Site. The site was shut down in 1986 and sat idle for many years.
In 2003 new owners purchased the property. Since that time they have upgraded the infrastructure and renovated all the homes. Trees were planted and gardens were dug. A beautiful community was formed.
We strive to provide a safe and beautiful place to call home. It is our intention to create a natural haven, just a stone’s throw from the city, where a quiet country life and friendly neighbors are the norm. As stewards of the land we work to protect local wildlife and preserve it for generations to come.
